My Life
I spend my time with friends & family and most frequently my dog, Jingles! I enjoy going to restaurants, comedy clubs & excursions around Chicago, and traveling every now and then. When the weather is just right, you’ll find me outside playing tennis or geocaching.
My biggest hobby is collecting hobbies. I love trying new things and learning new skills (and then hyper-fixating on them for months at a time). Most notably, I draw and play chess.
Fun Fact: I can recite over 100 digits of pi.
Chess
I learned how to play chess in 2021 after watching the Queen’s Gambit and quickly fell in love with the game. I was living with my best friend in Chicago and we started a chess club at our local bar, Sportsman’s. My go-to opening is d4, London System. My favorite content creators are Daniel Naroditksy and Levy Rozman. Online I prefer rapid, but also play blitz and daily games. My highest rating is 1900.

Geocashley
Since making trap doors and hollowing out books as a kid, I’ve always had a niche for secret compartments. I discovered geocaching in 2020 during the pandemic and it became my avenue for adventure and exploration in a time of isolation. Geocaching has led me to discover beautiful locations around the world, even within minutes from me that I never would have found otherwise.
